The tasks details screen is the first screen you will see when you have successfully logged into the system. This screen is grouped by:
Inbox
New Tasks, which the employee who logged in should attend to, are recorded in this section. For example a leave manager can receive new leave applications that he/she can approve or reject.
Alternative Tasks
If an employee is set up as alternative leave manager, he/she will have to respond to alternative tasks if the leave manager is not available to approve or reject leave.
Pending
If an employee applied for leave or training and the next person in the workflow procedure is notified these actions will be listed in the Pending section.
Completed Tasks
If a leave/training application was approved or rejected by the last person in the workflow procedure it will be recorded in the Completed Tasks section.
